Krispy Kreme

Message: Ordered a latte. It was awful, just awful. Also had a glazed old-fashioned donut and it was weirdly light in texture, unlike any old-fashioned donut I've ever had. Was not good. Will stick to the original glazed and bring my own coffee next time.

Message: Who doesn't love Krispy Kreme? I love the donuts especially when they are hot! I noticed they haven't been as hot or fresh lately. I hope they go back to making them fresh instead of making large batches ahead of time.

Message: Service is great when the drive thru is open, but often it will randomly be closed. After ordering inside the store, in the future I will probably skip a trip here all together if the drive thru is not open.. First off, the girl at the donut case did not acknowledge me at all, right after helping the customer in front of me she stood there staring downwards and would not make eye contact. I couldn't tell if she was fiddling with the donuts for some reason or looking at her phone, but I stood there for over a minute before another employee finally walked up and helped me. All the while the other girl stood there just looking downwards. Really strange.. When I got my order my drink was wrong- you guys have iced coffees and iced lattes on the menu, please note the difference. I offered to take the drink the employee had already made anyway but I wish I had not as I did not like it at all. So while the iced coffees are good and very reasonably priced, I would definitely not recommend the iced lattes. In addition the donut I got was totally stale. Not sure how that happens when your whole claim to fame is fresh donuts.. This visit was in the afternoon, and while I've come other times in the afternoon and had an OK experience, they've made my drink wrong before. The AM staff seems to be much more on the ball.

Message: Original donuts are pretty good. I just wasn't too happy that the barista gave me a frozen mocha when I asked for vanilla carmel...

Message: Thank you for making 12 dozen donuts on the spot! It brought out so many smiles! We had a community movie night for families on Friday at Napili Park and those donuts helped us create a memorable evening. Best money spent last week!

Message: First time visiting and it was very cool to see how they make the glazed donuts! Staff was friendly and efficient, tables could have used a wipe down from recent guests but overall the whole place was clean and designed very well! Of course the food was mouth watering delicious and I will visit again when back in Maui.

Message: The Pineapple Fritter is the absolute BEST donut I have ever tasted in my life. Highly recommend trying it. Wish they would make it in Canada!

Message: Jen is awesome, friendly, patient and with a great costumer service. We were excited, noisy and overwhelmed with the a lots of choices in front of us and she is just very patient & friendly and very professional in guiding us in our choices. Thank you, Jen, we appreciate you a lot from the bottom of our heart! The store is clean, neat and organize. They have drive thru, plenty parking and have chairs and tables outside! Great and convenient location.
