Message: I have been shopping here since I returned to live on the Big Island about 30 years ago. I like them best because they have always tried to offer as much local produce, meat, dairy products, and baked goods as possible. We don’t produce anywhere near as much of our own food as we used to, and they have been forced to import more food in order to meet their customers wishes, but I appreciate their continuing effort to support other local businesses. Fresh is best!

Message: I went in for a few baking ingredients but so many items were on sale that i could always use, from cat food to green tea to gluten-free bread, I ended up with at least 3 times more stuff than on my list. Too bad I only brought 1 shopping bag with me. You can always find good bargains here! And the staff is so friendly and helpful, too!
