J Hara Store

Message: Awesome little store! Great staff and selection!

Message: It is what it is, a little of this, a little of that.. they just might have it.. or not. Half Ace Hardware, half 7-11, half World of Sports (fishing and hunting). Staff was helpful. Heck, they had some aquarium fish and stuff to sell, too.

Message: Small store but lots of stuff in here. I had their fast food. I had a corndog and a eggroll. Both were OK. Not bad but not delicious.

Message: Love it. They got a great hunting/ outdoor section and the food did is to notch local style.

Message: What is there not to love about this place? There's not cheaply made products it's always quality and worth the price. Everyone has always been so nice helpful and friendly whenever I have been in, (and we're talking about years and years of going). The greatest of all is many of my friends and myself call it the ATF because how many stores do you know of that you can go by Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms in? Odds are you don't know of any other ones. This is without a doubt the best place on the island and maybe the planet for anyone who thinks their Civil Liberties are a good thing to have. Support J. Hara and support your freedoms while we still have them both.

Message: 5 Stars for Will from Jhara’s dive shop. Will handled my work, was top notch professional from the phone call, to the finished job. My story begins with getting my 130cm Riffe restrung at another competitor I attached pictures of the work from “the other guys” with big Red Xs, and Will of Jhara’s work has a big green check mark.. If you notice “the other guys” completely botched the work added the shock bungee way low and didn’t even string the reel line through the loop. If I didnt catch this before going out and shot a big fish or any decent size fish all it would do is hang on my rubbers and or break my reel off possibly leading to a very dangerous situation.. I am moderately skilled in maintaining my dive gear but don’t have a good crimper and not much line on hand and I wasn’t gonna have “the other guys” redo the work, so I wanted to get it done by a professional and I was recommended by a friend of mine to go to Jhara in Kurtistown, I called em, Will picked up the phone let me know he can do the work, and to make sure to get there before the dive shop workers leave, I got there in time was easy to find, went to the back where Will was busy taking care of another customer then asked if I needed help, we spoke about our conversation on the phone and he took it from there, doing things the right and professional way. Note to management: Top notch, give this guy a huge fat raise cus you guys got my fishing gear business.

Message: I immediately felt at home when one of the representatives first asked us if we're okay? Ikaika thank you for helping us.. You guys rock, we'll definitely be back
