Message: Great selection of delicious hot and cold bentos that you can take with you for lunch or dinner on the go. Nice assortment of other grocery items too. Owner is very helpful and friendly. Location is particularly convenient if you are staying at the Banana Bungalow Maui Hostel like us, or if you live anywhere in upper Wailuku. You should definitely try Takamiya Market!

Message: Quaint local market in Maui with the best Poke.. I was in Maui for 4 days then Honolulu for another 4 and Takamiya Market hands down had the best Poke! I got the Ahi Shio Tuna and Sesame Tako to go before my flight and they were fresh and DELICIOUS. I’ll be thinking about this poke for months to come and heading straight here several times when I get a chance to visit Maui again.
