Message: Stopped by for lunch been wanting my steak fix.. missed how they used to do the BBQ thing in the parking lot. Well wasn't disappointed and the Customer Service was Awesome.. Steak was so tender cooked and seasoned perfectly. Also tried the Patele Stew and Mom had the Salmon and the Sushi Guy with his fresh samples was a bonus and his $5 Sushi Bentos Wed Specials! Everything was great and so worth the price! Will be trying out the rest of their menu for sure!

Message: One of the smaller Times Supermarket and needs renovation. Sign up to get e-mails/FB for Fri-Sun deals. I like they send me e-mails of sales and can use smartphone to get coupon credit. Parking lot full and busy around 4pm to 6pm.. The area will get busy as the Rail station is nearby and will open mid 2023. The land owner has plans to build up the property.. *The property is owned by KSBE and Time's will end business in 2024 so the land can be redeveloped.

Message: The staff are very friendly. They went above and beyond to help. Wide range of items that other shop may not have. The hot food counter/ plate lunch is the best. Parking lot could be busy from time to time but can always find a spot. During COVID-19, you can see that they care enough for the staff with the tent outside for the staff to clean the cart.

Message: I’m very satisfied and happy about this retail in my location. Good staff and staffing they have a great personality and they’re helpful. I’ve tried applying at this location but nothing updated me about my app. Also, there is one staff that is my favorite here she is so nice and beyond I hope she gets a raise! BUT I hope you guys can fix and do better about opening more than two cashiers here when it’s busy because sometimes it just takes to long and some customers are rude and tend to cut without the staff knowing.. Alohas and thank you. ;).

Message: Always check dates on all foods before purchasing. This market is high priced and not the best quality but is the only market in the neighborhood. It was always understaffed at the registers. But that has recently improved. Staff is very friendly and helpful. This review is for the Waipahu location on Farrington Hwy.
